Contract Term, Termination, And Refund Policy
Contract Term
By signing up at totalsuite.net, you agree to select one of the 3 subscription plans. By default, you will be assigned to the free subscription plan, you have the ability to switch between plans and the change is immediate on your account.
Auto-Renewal
Free Subscription Plans
The free subscription does not require any renewals, it remains assigned to your account as long as your account is still valid and activated.
Paid Subscription Plans
Any paid subscription plan you select will be automatically renewed yearly, this includes charging your assigned payment method.
Contact Termination
If you decide to opt out from one of the paid subscription plans and opt-in to the free plan or terminate your account completely, we will immediately stop charging your payment method. In case of switching to the free plan, you will keep your access to the products you had in your canceled paid plan until the end of a full year after your last renewal.

Refunds processing time
Processing a refund can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank.
