Supercharge TotalSurvey with new fields such as matrix (Likert), rating, and more.

How to use

1. Install and activate the extension from TotalSurvey > Extensions page.
2. Create a survey.
3. You'll notice new items under the "Insert a new question" section. Pick a field and click on it.
4. Tweak the field settings to match your need.
5. Preview the survey to the field and check if it's working as expected.

Notes

1. There are four available fields: Matrix/Likert, Rating, File, and Image choice.
2. If you deactivate the extension, field settings are preserved but not editable and the question will be hidden in the frontend.
